We had a fabulous experience with the hospital. The hospital is very good in terms of the care, equipments, tests, staff. My dad was admitted in the hospital and was taken very good care, the doctors genuinely care and on call doctor always picked our calls and explained his situation, they were also very transparent with reports results and provided us with clear numbers. The billing staff was amazing, We were remote and not available on the hospital and billing was smooth, bill was clear no hidden charges, the estimates given at admission was appropriate. Admission and discharge was made very smooth for us. Overall We are very happy with the care my dad received at this hospital.
My experience was fantastic. The office team was knowledgeable, courteous, responsive, on-time and on top of everything. Dr. Verma was wonderful. He was kind, really listened, was extremely clear and explained medical terminology and options in detail and in layman's terms. He had multiple recommendations for treatment, follow-up and tracking symptoms. I have seen several Neurologists over many years and he was the most knowledgeable I have encountered. He also seemed to be a doctor who would not give up on a patient until he found some type of solution to alleviate or at least do all he could to assist with the problems. I look forward to my follow-up appointment to relay my progress and express my appreciation. Thank you!

overall experience was good hospital is very clean, staff members are so polite, they take care for each n everything. It has all the possible facilities one can need all the type of test. But its very expensive very much I would say, if you get admitted to this hospital it will charge you more than 60 thousand + for one day admission & different charges, so be aware of the charges they are putting in your bill as they can add anything & everything to it as you are just a customer for them. Initially they will do every test of yours whether needed or not just to show them as charge on your bill. Even if you have asked or not they will provide you dietician and he/ she will visit you once & will charge thousands. The doctor from which you are taking consultation will charge for each n every visit he might come to your room twice but you have to pay for those even for the words - everything is alright. Overall experience was good.
