Lost my Dad here because of medical negligence. I don't want to put forth the evidence in a Google review. This hospital is complete garbage. 1) Almost everyone takes bribe to do anything for you. 2) Extremely bad pharmacy management. They call you every single time the patient needs medications etc to be bought, no matter how far you stay. They don't have basic inventory management. 3) Helpers and nurses might seem like they're doing their job but the training is so incompetent that the patient never receives what they ask for. 4) There's an old doctor who goes around yelling at people saying things like he has treated "goras(whites)", like it adds credibility. He's so proud of the fact that he's worked abroad, his ego doesn't care about any Biharis. My family doctor (M.D.) recommended a treatment procedure when my Dad was admitted, this old man tore the paper into pieces when I gave it to him and yelled at me saying they know best and i should shut up, in front of the Hospital Director. My father lost his life two days later.
Today was my 2nd visit to the hospital and trust me both the time I have found the hospital staffs very courteous and professional. I m feeling very humble and satisfied with their work ethics and care. Keep up the good work Hospital Management.
Sincerity & devotion prevails everywhere in Hospital in treatment. Only doctors are robotic in nature in spending time before & post surgery. Egoistic doctors are bug for hospital. Only unegostic mgmt can sort it out. Worthy of visit for treatment ๐๐๐๐
Only if you have a lot of money or if you have insurance or if there is any emergency and can not spend time finding another hospital nearby then only go to this hospital. Doctors are very well qualified and with good experience, no doubt in this but the hospital charges a lot. Moreover, the pharmacy persons are careless and make you wait for long even if any counter is free to work they will send you to the next counter and sometimes give you either incorrect medicine or any alternative medicine but costlier than that is prescribed.
Very neat and clean. Cleaning staff and security are round the clock active. Nurses services are good and professional.
