We are grateful to all the staff of Manipal Hospital who have made our stay so comfortable. Also prompt service given by the insurance department specifically Mr. Samuel Abreu on a public holiday and then throughout the process was remarkable. I appreciate his efforts in helping us get thru the DDSSY proceedings and providing us a hassle free stay at the hospital. Also, the caring attitude of the staff... Great services and treatments. The doctors are well mannered, warm and professional. This hospital is neat, hygienic and well managed but one has to be patient as there’s enough the waiting time and rush.
This was my first experience and it was fantastic. The registration process was smooth. The staff at the entrance was very courteous and offered me a wheelchair as soon as they saw me walk in with a walking stick. Dr. Deep Bhandari whom I saw was fantastic. He is so confident, straightforward and just gave me a great feeling of comfort. His suggestions were fantastic and I am so happy that I came and saw him. I would also like to thank Mr.Jones Samuel who was exceedingly helpful.
I am actually admitted on the First floor of the hospital.....A heartly Thanks to all the hospital staff.... Especially Samuel Abreu and his entire insurance team.... They do a great job and make sure that the patients n the attendees don't have to wait for long.... Mr. Samuel tries to help every one in every way possible... He is kind and sweet in nature...... He makes sure that the claims and approvals get approved as soon as possible..
