Very good hospital. Good parking facility. Good doctors. And most importantly good follow up of their patient by calling and messaging.
Can't even rate 1 star, Too many experienced. Pathetic service from the staffs. Absolutely no idea for what they're dealt with. They should trained well soft skills, manners etc. Instead they started shouting back! Do they have a management 🤣, PRO anyone? Shouldn't be considered as Hospital!
Visited here for my child. Dr Beena Thomas was extremely friendly and kind. But had to wait for a long time for the billing and getting medicines. Extremely slow. Please improve it.
Sometimes they are friendly but sometimes some staff and doctors became very rude. They don't even tell if the doctors are there or not. Waiting is the other worst thing ever. When we booked an appointment with dietitian for my sister . The next day we arrived and waiting for more than half hour. Then one of the staff came and cooly said that doctor is not available. This situation happen also on the next day. If the doctor is off that day then why they don't mention it when I call them. Wasting of our precious time.
After 7pm only one staff is allocated at billing section for the entire hospital. Coustomer support team is also not available after 7pm...worst experience
