One of the best medical center in this area. During lockdown, I have visited the facility and observed that, services were as per COVID guidelines and standard. Lots of international patients were also there and seems it is very famous globally because lots of outside India families are using this for the treatment of their loved one. All doctors and nursing staff are very professional and experienced. One can find it expensive but the way they deliver service or treatment counter those things.
An extremely unprofessional place - it only looks nice, has no process or heart. After a recent surgery, the cyst had to be taken to lab for biopsy. Despite having no attendant, the hospital asked me to carry sample myself to the lab. The lab there refused to take it saying it had to be taken back & certified. All this, after being drowsy due to effects of anaesthesia. Unbelievable! And the cyst could be infected & I am carrying it all around the place..what if it could have infected others? Only today, no one in the hospital seemed interested in giving a Flu vaccine. Everyone had one thing to say - take a doctor's appointment first. For a Flu vaccine? Good god! Like I said, an extremely unprofessional place. Avoid it as much as possible..
Very modern and well kept institution but patient care is sadly lacking . My son went there for a liver transplant the treatment he received was inhumane. This institution should be closed. Àfter three years I am still wondering why did these people accept my son in that hospital knowing that they could not perform the type of surgery he required. They knew the transplant team did not have the knowledge or experience to do the surgery. Why did they not say take him home instead of transferring him to Escort in New Delhi
Very efficient and effective. Staff pretty cooperative and very helpful. Truly maintaining the global levels of world class medicare.
Overcharging and inefficient. After doctor gave his discharge-summary, they took 6 hours to submit bill to their TPA desk. And nursing station is biggest culprit in this delayed submission. And this is not one time incident. It is usually the case. This led to my father being discharged in night around 11... Really calls in question management and administration.. on their practices and skills.
