I was very impressed how Anita Harry was managing the crowd in the lobby. She was personable yet authoritative. Her crowd control skills are impressive. She ensured that proper social distancing is maintained and that patients and their loved ones get to the right counter quickly. Excellent work by her and her team. Thank you for your hard work and service.

Go here is you want to kill your loved one. I took my wife (26) here at 10:30am on 31 Nov 21. Doctor Neha at emergency handled her case very casually and by evening she was shifted to the ICU as her lungs were completely filled with water. She ignored her condition till she started spitting blood. Nevertheless it is needless to say She died after 4 days on the ventilator.

Don’t ignore the warning!!! Please read the full to understand how this hospital will be treating your patients. In my previous review about covid , it seemed to be a good hospital and I ignored the reviews from other for this hospital. It is truly said until it happens it is not understood. If you real care for someone I strongly recommend to better take them to government hospital but don’t entire this hospital. The hospital has long queries even though being private and take good money. I took my sister who is suffering from dengue. I specifically told them over call to book the timing for the doctor as she is not fit physically to wait for long. They made me go through line for almost an hour later gave us any random doctor who was available. There were other patients who were crying around for their kids to be treated but no doctor or staff bothered to attend that little kid. Taking tests from private is so that the results could be out soon, DOCTORS ASSURED US THAT THE REPORTS WOULD BE AVAILABLE WITHIN 2 HOURS , we gave shamble @1pm but got reports @7:30pm. In that also they gave half report and didn’t mention the report of dengue nor bothered to inform us that the report is not fully out. Later after noticing and calling the staff back to get the full report it was assured to us that it would be done by Sunday @10am . When we called on Sunday @11am, then we came to know that on Sunday they cannot release the reports as the doctor has not confirmed it and the doctors are on leave and not available to attend the patients on Sunday. Why are you running the hospital if you are not available for the patients?why is there an emergency when there is no one to attend.? With all respect I recommend google to display the review everywhere so that people are saved from the money making hospital @paras !
