Very Poor management,No schedule mgt for doctors to wards for routine checkup what I realized these days,Few doctors are cooperative,Staff cooperation zero, emergency services not there,doctors are not available for emergency dept.but only between 8-10 pm and 3-5 pm(atleast you can make schedule for doctors shift-wise and if there are not much of doctors available then extra doctors should be arranged so that everything should be settled in its stipulated time),bedsheets are not changed daily nor even once in two days(you need to repeatedly ask them for bedsheets),most of the priorities are given to only those who have any of his acquaintances working there..Rather than that about food and free treatment ,I don't have any compromise but in availability of medicines they prescribe,you may get only 9/10 there... Don't know what they think of us,they might be thinking that we are getting free treatment means we are not paying but I think they forgot the part that we are already paying them from our salaries...since,three days my father has already been admitted there but I feel like,he is only there to enjoy fooding and sleeping...which he can do at home also..no doctors,no nurses come in round...ATLEAST BLOCK DEVELOPMENT OFFICERS WORKING UNDER THAT BLOCK SHOULD VISIT THE HOSPITAL ATLEAST ONCE A MONTH WITHOUT SENDING THEM ANY NOTICE TO CHECK THEIR HOSPITAL MANAGEMENT CRITERIA..
