Words cannot express how deeply grateful we all are for the best care and treatment that you all have extended to my mother who undergone knee replacement surgery on 14th Sep. We cannot thank you all enough for giving your time. She recovered in a tinkle of an eye after the operation and this is a hospital I rely upon and surely will recommend to as many people as possible around the world. Surgeons like you are not just doctors, but real life-savers. I may not have talked to God in my prayers, but in your services, I have seen some of His favors. On the Hospitalization front, your deliveries- from patient care, prompt doctors, nursing, and staff response, cleanliness to food qualities- all look mind-boggling. Was admitted in this hospital for more than week. Wonderful people taking care of every requirement. Cleanliness was more than perfect. Toilet cleaning was done twice a day regularly. These r the basic requirements but most importantly wonderful team of Doctors treating you and comforting you during your anxious time is the icing on the cake.
Visited hospital for my dengue treatment. Had a very pleasant experience from admission till discharge. They take very good care of you at W Pratiksha. The hygiene standards and food quality was really well maintained
My sister delivered a baby here on 1st October, overall satisfactory service as you would expect from a private hospital, they definitely charge good amount for it! Nurses and doctors were polite and available. However my sister consistently complained about the food, which was terrible she felt (and she has had similar treatments at other reputed hospitals so it wasn't her first time tasting hospital food). Please improve the taste of your food so patients can at least consume them. Also, the management's demand for five star reviews on Google is uncalled for and unprofessional. That actually affects your rating. I hope you take these as feedback.
