I give 3 star for here's conditions
My Mother went to this hospital.Their service is very unsatisfactory.They even not want to give a medicine just one report is not done which was highly risky and they also didn't take responsibility of this test.They also not provide a Biopsy report within a week and also not providing report by electronic media. Very Fullishing service and treatment is waste of money in this hospital. Very disappointed after watching such a good reviews by others.
All stuff of each sections are irresponsible and unprofessional. Never take the call on time. Narayana Trust should replace all of them.
I found no complaints with the services except some minor ones. Behaviour of staffs, nurses and doctors were very very nice and approachable. Mostly doctor-patient engagement was great which we can just imagine in private chambers. Pricing is reasonable. Transparency is great. Specially thanks to Subarna Roy in service Exillence department for helping me out .
The service is really excellent. Very swift check up and diagnostic facility but billing facilities are very bad.The care coordinator SUBARNA ROY from service excellence dept is really helpful and co operative and she is kind hearted also. Thank you for cooperation. A big Kudos... Keep serving the patient the way u are doing. One of the best Hospital and also budget friendly.
