I write this review with utter shame in my heart that this place is nothing but a disgrace to the health sector of our state. First things first, I have perhaps never witnessed a more unorganized management system in a hospital that claims itself to be "one of the best". Their website is as useless as the management, wherein no online appointment is ever available because of the server always being down. The phone numbers available for tele-appointment are equally worthless since upon dialing, all you will get to hear is "The number you have dialed is not valid". Seriously Peerless, do better! I would not even rate this place with a single star but because Google won't let me post my review otherwise, hence i had to post it with 1 star.
My mother was admitted in peerless under this doctor. According to my mom, he was very well behaved and polite and a good doctor. But we, as guardians were not satisfied with him as he never communicated properly with us. He used some medical terms which we were unable to understand and he refused to explain. He didn't give us even a bit of his time. We had to wait outside and catch hold of him when ever we could spot him. He used to get very irritated when we used to ask him about our patient's condition. So our experience was not good at all. The three stars given because my mom was happy with his behavior and care.
Good hospital Currently anybody can enter the hospital. Wheelchair accessability is available. Cashless counters are there. Nearby cheap hotels are available. Nearby big bazaar is available with theatre. Foods are also available.
Big area... But vaccination drive should be more organized... Waiting time is very long.... Also they should show the vial before vaccination.... and allow one family member with the patient... Moreover the staffs are always in a hurry.... Need a more organized approach.. like separating the vaccination booths for ones who have booked through bookmyshow and the ones who have booked through cowin as this is creating a bit of chaos.
I work here as a doctor in the department of general surgery since December 2020. This review is unbiased and to the point . Health care services - top notch, best doctors and nurses who really look after the patients. It is also a research centre. Cleanliness and disinfection - the best one could expect Infrastructure- at par with all the leading hospitals and well maintained. Technology- most of the latest technologies and services such as Cath lab, PET-CT etc are available Charges - high on pocket but fine as compared to other private hospitals of equivalent category Canteen- small but good enough for meals and light snacks Public redressal - satisfyingly good and reliable.
