Had been for health checkup. Found all the staff very pleasant n helpful. The whole procedure went on smoothly. Only thing needs to be improved is the crowding near food counter in the hospital canteen n lab report counter
Good management of entry of vehicles for parking.. spacious campus. Registration and collection of rt PCR sample was quick enough.
Was my first visit to this hospital and it was for health check-ups for my parents. The experience was pleasant to say the least. From the reception staff to the lab technicians, nurses and doctors, all the staff we had to interact with were very co-operative and made the entire process of taking all the tests across different departments within a couple of hours an easy task. And the reception staff suggesting that my father gets a cheaper 'senior citizen' package instead of 'comprehensive' made me feel that they aren't as money minded as some other hospitals I've been to. May be this was a clouded judgement, but this was my experience of my first visit.
