Really good service provided by ground staff, nurses and doctor's over there. They were really friendly and very helpful to us. I recommend this hospital to my friends and family.
I had hassle - free experience during my stay at hospital right from the admission till the day of discharge. I was routinely being monitored by the team of Doctors and Nurses and attended promptly during the time of need. The Housekeeping Team ensured that the rooms were frequently cleaned and helped maintain good hygiene. I Thank all the Doctors , Nurses, housekeeping, security and other staffs for all the assistance provided. I would definitely recommend Dr. Tma Pai Hospital for those seeking Medical care.
Poor service and responsibility from counter staffs.. Visited the hospital for conducting Rtpcr test today.. Reach the counter at 2.20 and the counter staffs took almost 30-35 minutes give the printout.. Just imagine all suspected covid patients are spending this much with other patients in your hospital.. Ridiculous service.. The reason was print out not coming.. In this digital time, what a fantastic reply from your staffs!!!???? Please understand we entrusted our life and money with you.. Please ensure some responsible people for patients support...🙏🏻🙏🏻
Good social distancing and the whole process was well streamlined. The mandatory waiting period was managed in a room equipped with hospital bed and attended by a nurse, I was impressed.
Worst management. Looks like fish market People have booked the slot to save time but the situation here is entirely different. 100+ people in the queue. Please give good service, making money is secondary.
