We visited Manipal for shoulder surgery. All the Doctors, staff , management were so supportive and understanding. We got personal attention everywhere. The nursing staff was always helping at any time day or night. Doctors personally looked into minor details themselves. Housekeeping staff very humble. Pateint loved the canteen food. Overall very satisfied.
This Hospital has gone to dogs. Nobody cares even in case of emergency. They don't even do preliminary examination. Ask you to wait for hours together for a doctor to show up who would definitely cancel his plans of showing up. Once a good hospital with good doctors now seems to have lost all aspects of management.
