I am waiting still 1216 hrs today with R-11 but not yet call me and my time is wasting. I am a old patient since 2012 to till date. Hence, the service of Dermatology is not good for me. I have enclosed my supporting docs for your ready reference please. Your good service is expecting in future.
Excellent treatment. Doctors are good and they talk with patients and family members very politely. Nurses and cleaning staff is well managed and they take very good care of the patients. One star less for the money they charge. Bills were very high so if you do not have insurance be prepared to accept high bills until patient is discharged. Overall a very good service and I would certainly recommend this hospital to all having insurance.
Begins with the Telephone Appointment. And then because we are CGHS patients, the couple of counters to get verified etc. And finally the MRI. We can only talk about the courtesy and behaviour of the staff. And it was definitely very good. About the medical procedures, there was again a air of efficiency and concern too. So 5 stars are clearly ON
Recently visited for visa medical...helpful and considerate staff. Only found some ramps had no railings making it difficult to use. Also some kind of signs to facilitate the process instead of going back and forth to different sections would be appreciated.
Staff is very kind. I've had the best experience here. I believe that the Doctors here are well experienced at do their. I've never had any issues during the time I was admitted here. Had the best service and the morning view was perfect.
