Friendly staff,well dressed, proficient,humble and helpful, maintain social distance wearing face masks even while speaking and the best thing is that you can get a peaceful, calm and quiet environment within. One star less since the vaccination center about 100 meter far from the main hospital entrance which has to informed on the road side through a banner or something else, it will save the time of a stranger, according to my opinion. Hope the management would think about that.
I am surprised by how casual the staff at Cloud 9 is keeping in mind that this is a child specialty hospital. I had submitted my daughter's blood sample but did not get the report even after 5 days whereas the commitment was that the reports will be delivered within 3 days. The response that i got from the lab executive was that they are working on it but still did not commit any timeline to deliver the report. Will never be using cloud 9 services. You may have good doctors but pathetic service quality.
There is a huge difference in what they promise and what they deliver. I have been following up with them since last 1 month to get the differential amount of my claim but no luck. Besides, just be prepared to pay at least 50% more on their package. There is an upper limit on medicines and lab charges with various conditions and you can't question the bill. The Hospital and staff are good but, trust is the major factor for not recommending them. I went there for getting my vaccine done. Although waiting line was outside the premises but they had made some good arrangements of tent and cooler for the people in line. The staff outside was cordial too and helped in smooth vaccination.
Qualified doctor with well managed facilities. Cleanliness here is a priority with all type of facilities and modern equipment. Staff is experienced, friendly, cooperative and know how to take care of especially for maternity. Service is top notch.
