My experience during the stay in the hospital for three days was very good. I thank all the nurses took care of me with best and professionally and the doctor who took care of me and providing me necessary advise regularly. My best wishes to all. Regarding the hospital environment in very good and all the Doctors, nurse's and ward staff are kind and good. I would recommend this hospital to all if you have any problems or sicknesses. My only concern is that the hospital need to improve in the reception for giving proper appointments with the doctor without wasting time of the patients and the discharge process and billing payments need to be better and faster not make the patient wait for long time unnecessarily. Hope you will take this suggestion and improve it with immediate effect.
The hospital has a well maintained atmosphere. The facilities provided are great and they have high end technology for diagnosing purposes. The service from the staff there is welcoming and we want the same to continue in the future as well. They even have video consultation facilities available. Specialized departments are available for specific needs of the individual. The hospital is open 24 hours.
I think this the worst experience I ever had with any hospital in bangalore. I cannot even compare this hospital to any other hospital because even animals would get better treatment at a veterinary. The staff was very unprofessional, especially the woman who handle the reception. I have nothing good to say about them. I request people who need a medical leave application, to provide to their company in case for a leave, not to ever go to this hospital, because they do not even have a format and made me wait for quite sometime, even though there wasn't any rush in the hospital. Even the nurses were so unprofessional while doing dressing for the wound I had. Without letting me know that they are going to clean and cover the wound, they just did what they liked, which hurt me even more than the pain I already had. This is seriously not a hate review to the hospital or any of the staff at the hospital, but an honest review of how the hospital functions!
I visited hospital for dressing after accident. Nurses do not know what to do with wounds. Doctor at least know that if no swelling nothing to worry. Only cashiers know how much to bill. Overall experience was worse than nearby Kosys Hospital.
