Most of the general treatment available here. But the process of approval and visit for specialist doctor is very time wasting. We need to wait for 4-5 hours just to get approval reference letter. Every visit need to submit xerox documents and photo id again. Till now we have submitted 30 photo and 90 xerox in last 24 months. Hoping that One day ESIC will go paperless and save trees. One time registration is fine but dont ask hard copy every visit.

Service is very bad.Because I have not get admitted here as I have all required details. And the staff talk to me rudely and they don't try to listened my any word.
