I called several times on the number mentioned between 11am and 11:30am. However, it just keeps ringing. This is supposed to be my first visit after hearing positive responses from patients. So, I wanted to book an appointment but, couldn't do so. With such good reviews and satisfying customers, it will be graded higher, if a Telephone Operator was employed.
Don’t visit this hospital if you respect your time …..Appointment is wast, 3 - 4 hours additional waiting time to see doctor… they don’t respect patients time and money… Very poor quality of response…. But final treatment is good…our eye issues resolved…
Sankara is one of the best eye hospital in Bangalore. Me and my husband had a great experience here. Staffs are very supportive especially Rosy ma'am was so helpful throughout the whole process. Crowd is managed with great care.
Wasted almost a month here with wrong diagnosis. What was suspected as tumor, turned out to be a simple abrasion and the Doctors were simply refusing to provide any medicines for that. Also, no documents were provided. No test results, no diagnosis report. Go at your own risk. Good luck!
One of the best eye hospital in Bangalore.I have very good experience here.Doctor and staff is very caring and supportive. I am very pleased with Hospital staff especially Rosy madam who is working as floor manager in Sankara eye hospital. She is friendly, polite and really understanding patient concern. I really impressed with her professional behaviour.
