Good hospital having experienced doctors. All doctors are really experienced and behave politely. Hospital having almost all facility and modern equipments. Neat and clean premise. Overall I am having good experience. Staff is good and patient friendly. Reception is also well managed.

Most unprofessional people in this decent looking facility. Reason No 1- Incident One of my friend went to hospital alone after got sick and high temperature. He went straight to emergency department with half conscious mind. Nobody taken care of him and after I reached the scene one lady started arguing with my sick Friend. Reason No 2 - Pharmacist in this facility aren't customer/patient Friendly and they have stone face towards with them (Funny they are getting paid from those same patients hard earned money) Reason No 3 - Laboratory / Pathology Department Pathology department front desk need a special mention on this list since he was the most unprofessional and rude personality I met in this hospital. I was informed, department will produce the medical report after collecting blood and Urine samples by 7.30 evening (16th Oct 2021) When the time I reached to the department, the guy who were on the desk was busy with his phone and said, I have to wait an another 15 minutes or between 8 pm. I waited till 8 and again approached the desk and he made a call to somewhere and said I have to wait an another 15 minutes. All these times he was playing with his phone and didn't seems he is interested on his Job. Anyhow I had to wait till 8.30 pm for getting report with rude /unprofessional / stone faced gesture from him. I don't know what others saying about this hospital on the unprofessional and apathetic approaches. Guess No other good hospitals around Adjan and People are relying comparatively good looking tidy hospital they have. My Verdict - Hospital need an immediately restructuring with its employees delegation's. Authority should be taken strict actions against the people who behaves impolitely to its customers / patients. The HR manager (if anyone like exists ) should be aware of the behavioural approach towards the patients and the visitors by staff and should have given the orientation programs to improve the quality of services.

Though its a hospital , i dont see any cleanliness here. Nurses are so rude. This hospital is factory of covid spread. They will force you to sit on chairs where covid patients sit,if you deny to sit they will insult badly. Very bad staff,doctors with minus knowledge,doctors are flirty. So dirty. Also some doctors are literally dumb and illiterate. Patient means he is ill and he cannot move though there no ln sense in, doctors make that patient to run here and there for formality. Actually there is no management also no communication inside which make us to suffer. Pathetic

They Doing Business only not treatments, we went there just for a injection in the night but they made a file and took a INR 500.00 as OPD charge.This is a business not a treatment, I am personally advise to all of you not to go in emergency in this hospital. Worst behavior of emergency staff they are not cooperate with patient and their relative furst they took file charge and they will start any kind of service like a service-business.
