Treatment and doctors are good. The biggest problem is with service staff. They are very much interested in chit chat. Don't bother about patients, need to waste your precious in waiting as they won't serve your report to doctor in order. Management is in deep sleep. Don't know whom to blame. I planned to switch to other near by hospitals.
C9 helped set up community vaccination program for residents and support staff at our premise with the help of Dr Sneha. She accommodated the needs and worked with us to make it a success. Her team - nursing staff and administrators were extremely polite and took great care administering vaccines to beneficiaries. They were supportive to the support staff, even helped them register. My gratitude to the entire team for their support to Astra residents. Thank You!!!
Had good experience at cloud nine. Started consulting Dr. Madhulika from day 1 and under her guidance my wife got normal delivery. They are well planned in each and every areas. During the final delivery, sisters as well as the night duty doctors were very much supportive. They were too caring and helped for normal delivery without any unnatural process. The 3 days in hospital were too good. Doctors visit, nurse visit, canteen services all were perfect and in time. Cleanliness was well maintained. Highly recommended, Thank you cloud nine !!!
I selected Cloud Nine at HRBR layout for the delivery of my second child during mid-February, 2021. Main reason for choosing this branch was because it was the closest to my residence (less than 1 km away). The Labour Room Doctors/Nurses were very professional & friendly and went about their jobs without any drama. The nurses who assisted us during the post delivery stay were very understanding & really went out of the way to help us out in pacifying the new-born at night as both of us (me & my spouse) were exhausted & very sleep deprived. Regarding insurance, there was no cash-less facility with my insurance provider. However the claim submission process to my employer was hassle-free as a couple of bills that were missed out were provided by the hospital & beyond that, everything else was smooth. Food was simple & tasty – really loved it. The newborn photography session was done by well-trained photographers (they have different packages – frames/album options) & it was wonderful to see them at work. Overall, I am very satisfied with Cloud Nine at HRBR layout and would highly recommend it.
Doctor is really good and explained everything very well. Overall service is good Nursing service is good but can be improved in some areas. The main point about this branch is they don't support cashless for many insurance providers. Over all bill is also high. Especially when compared to one of the other branches for the same package, the difference is more Need to be careful with the final bill. Should go through each and every item and make sure they r charged correctly. Do remember that you need to pay 1.9 percent extra on card transactions
