Excellent. The doctors kept me updated about my fathers condition everyday. The staff was very supportive and helped me resolve all issues i came across. I was pleasantly surprised with their efficiency and politeness. Treatment received was also up to the mark and they were ready to answer all questions I had. Thank you to the entire staff.
Cheap tricks to earn money... My Dad was admitted in Vedant Hospital (Avenue is Covid center for Vedant Hospital). Although he is doing fine and got discharged on time. Below points we wanted to share. 1. After discharge they have missed giving enough medicines (For the course of 14 days) which were costly. And we had to buy them on our own. Tried calling helpdesk but no luck. They took the money for the Medicines along with the huge bill, but they didn't provide enough medicines for 14 days. Cheap trick to earn money. 2. Since my dad was Covid patient and he was in ICU he couldn't carry his phone with him, so for the status you have to depend on the doctors only and they don't give you positive hope although the patient is doing good. Conclusion: Treatment was ok. Everything else was not upto the mark. Go for better option if you have. After discharge they force you to give good review on Google. So all reivews are fake almost. not recommended !!!
🤩Overall Super Experience..!!!🤩 My mother was admitted in this hospital as she was tested Covid-19 + and was at very serious stage. I would like to share my experience because I am extremely satisfied with the services and treatment they had given to my mother. Entire hospital staff was very supportive and took good care of my mother. Also breakfast, tea, and food quality was very nice. I would like to thank all the Doctors and their staff for all there dedication towards treatment of patient and their co-ordination with us. Every day we used to received all reports related to my mother and whenever we have called them, they always treat us very politely and used to give complete status of her health. Today 12th Sept 2020, my mother got discharged and the process was very smooth and on time. Also the insurance related things got proceed on time. I would recommend Vedant Hospital as one of the best hospital for Covid treatment. Thank you all..!!!
I was admitted to Vedant at their Avenue covid unit. I am very happy with my experience, the staff and doctors were very friendly and caring and took very good care of me. The meals that were provided were very good and my overall experience was excellent. Would definitely recommend it.
