I went for covid testing, they said will do in sometime. After waiting for almost 1 hour they said that person is coming from somewhere else so I will have to wait atleast 1 hour more. I had to join office so had to get the testing done through private clinic as I could not delay office by more than 2 hours.

A worst staff they don’t know how to manage things. 1.5 months have passed and till now they don’t provide me death certificate of my father and call me there 5-6 times and waste my time and efforts. Also all the staff is not cooperative and lazy too.
Went there for first covishield shot last week. The facility is clean, it has ample parking space. A little far from Gurgaon city, but road and approach is good. Last 800 meters to reach the hospital can be through narrow village roads. Staff is good, took around 35-40 minutes in queue to get my jab. Tips: 1. Your day's slot (9:00 am to 11:00, 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm etc.) doesn't matter. Its first come, first server basis. 2. Do not go on any other day other than your appointment day. They are very strict on it and that is how they are able to maintain the decorum. 3. There will be several rows you will probably see. First row outside the hospital premises was for RTPCR testing, second row inside was for 45+ second shot and third row was for 18+ first jab. Be polite and ask people there, staff is very helpful and co-operative... so far.
