Doctors and nurse staff is very good in nature and very supportive.. One thing is not good that is delay in giving report. It's very time taken. And drinking water is not available here.
Heritage is best hospital in Varanasi. Patient care and treatment is best. I am totally satisfied.
The lift is limited. Lack of place results in suffocation. Unhygienic corners. Staffs are greedy. The staffs are full of ego and attitude.
My mother was admitted for 7 days. Doctor Manoj Kumar Gupta is best doctor and most importantly he behaves nicely. My mother 80 year old was little serious but he examined and treated well. Certainly he is best pulmonary physician. Hospital needs to improve the services of nurses and ward staff. They are careless and just passing their time. Patient care is not there motive. Worst services in such a big hospital although infrastructure is excellent. Hope promoter will work on improving the services of nurses and ward staff.
