Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and open space for chilling after work. Hospitals policies are good supportive in every situation and circumstances. The drs have always been a helping hand as well as my colleagues and seniors. My mother was admitted in very critical condition- the hospital Emergency Station handled the medical situation very effectively (which calmed the anxieties of us family members). The panel of inhouse doctors and visiting doctors were closely in touch with each other - hence the line of medical treatment was effective - leading to my mother's smooth recovery. The duty doctors / shift doctors are very attentive and keep the family members updated on patient progress. The nursing staff is very young but well trained - the nursing supervisor takes rounds and is attentive to our requests. Due to the nature of ailment, we, family members made many requests - which the hospital admin staff obliged on the merit of requests. Overall am happy with Sterling's care - having the earnest for providing good medical care. Special mention of appreciation for Dr Tyrone Fernandez (very approachable and gives good counselling to patients / family members) and Sunny at Reception.
Good care of patient is taken, a homely feel. Every staff of the hospital is cooperative. I have been gone through two major operations here in which my recovery was fast and healthy. Drs are helpful. I have been a dialysis patient since 2016 and I never had a single complaint with anyone till date. I hope this kind a service and facility continues here and may all the staff and hospital flourish in the coming years. Good luck.

My father was admitted for infection in stomach and with other complications due to age factor, however his doctors, Dr. Tyrone and Dr. Nitin were very kind and gave him correct and effective treatment due to which now he is fine and will be discharged today. Would also like to mention that the nursing staff and the ward boys in CCU and ward were quit helpful and cooperative. Also the security staff at both places (CCU & ward) were very supportive and polite. Thank you Sterling.... 😊
