PHC does provide the necessary medicine and vaccination free of cost. But that does mean people can behave in any way they wish. Everyone is supposed to be treated equal. If people need to wait as they're number is called, everybody mist wait. The counselor should be able to take care of it . But here we can see the counselor herself is not following any rules, she can come whenever she want and get her grandchild vaccinated in split second. The other's still wait like fools to call out they're names. The counselor might be busy, but that doesn't justify her actions in the PHC. There other who also spare time from their busy schedule for their kids vaccination. Kindly respect that. If the representative themselves can't follow the stipulation, I don't understand what ethics are they propagating while elections.
The waiting area is too hot and all you can hear is children crying. There are fans which are placed on the ceiling but when enquired they mentioned that it is not connected.. it was a sad sight.. please take this as a suggestion to fix the issue at the earliest.

Peon sitting in front of the clinic shall be given training in proper behavioural skills. Her tone of talk was dismissive and arrogant.
Majority of people doesn't know this place. Because it is inside the areas of Elamkulam. But it's services is really incredible. Good experienced doctors are available here.
