Primary Health care centre located very near to Alwal Kaman & Peddama Temple.Has suficient Bike parking with limited car parking.Been here to get my kids Covaxin Free Vaccine 15-18yrs. Make sure you register first online at COWIN website and carry appointment slip Hardcopy along with original aadhar card. This makes your life easy and avoids registering at the Center wasting your time causing delay.Staff here are experienced how ever certainly requires additional support in getting things organised in a professionsl way.Overall they do their best to serve citizens. My advise is go prepared with all your documents rather expecting the staff to provide you that.
Horrible management on 15 th july. No discipline no social distance. Hunderds of people waiting. After a wait of 4hrs could get 2nd dose covaxin at 2:30 Pm.
Got my 2nd dose of Covaxin from here. Service was pretty good. Both Covaxin and Covishield 2nd dose are available here. Vaccination Timing is 10:30 am to 1:30 pm. Sunday and Wednesday - no vaccination. Come with 1st dose certificate, aadhar card and registered mobile number.
I took my second dose of the COVID vaccination ( COVISHIELD) at Alwal PHC. I was surprised and taken back by the disciplined service here. There was a queue for the token and the supervisors, volunteers and Police personnel were very helpful and polite. I found that the government primary health care center was far better than a private hospital where I had taken my first dose. I would recommend everyone to take their vaccine at this center and follow the rules to avoid further spread... thank you Telangana government , Alwal PHC staff and Alwal Police Staff for your support.
First you need to bring your own note book(small one in which you write lists). If a medication is not available they will not point out to buy outside ( you need to find yourself). If you are going first time bring your Aadhaar Xerox for sure. You will be forced to leave your FOOTWEAR outside and only hospital staff allowed to wear Footwear ( they don't care if you contract nosocomial infection or you just don't deserve to wear Footwear infront of them..this mentality will never change even when GOVT spends lot of money in Quality measures ). As it is covid time kindly maintain your distance at places like injection area or vaccine area and outpatient area. Finally you need to wait more than you expected (only sometimes).
