It's my first visit in this hospital as my mother is admitted in ICU here. Staff is friendly and courteous. Doctors seems quite knowledge and humane. Overall I am finding it good till now.
Very good treatment and staff is also well behaved. Overall it was a good experience. And the best part is instant delivery of all the medical reports for the tests done within the hospital.
The hospital is thoroughly mismanged. Firstly the medicine shop had to revert Rs 2000, which they have not done in last 21 days. Secondly a Mammogram was done on 30 Dec 21 for which the report is not ready till 01 Jan 22.
Pathetic hospital with a money minded attitude. Our patient was admitted here for almost 10 days. Within a couple of days he expired, but the hospital staff hid this fact from us and still kept on giving us hopes that he will recover soon. Days passed, but the body was stiff as kept on swelling. There were no movements in the body and it was unresponsive. We somehow reached the home of the attendant of our patient and he confessed "The hospital is making a fool of us. There is nothing left in the patient." Upon insisting the hospital that we need voluntary discharge, they tried to further lure us by offering concession in the per day bill from Rs. 1 Lakh to Rs. 30k (per day concession of 70k) I would strongly recommend never visit this hospital as the same can happen with anyone.
The cashier on duty today misbehaved with us and threatened to call the police. We were just asking for our change to be given to us. The manager on duty was very arrogant and showed arrogance by offering extra money.
