Average hospital with best location. All facilities are available though fees are very high. Need to work better to become top hospital in begusarai.
Very bad hospital. Got my wife admitted in the month of August 2020. Bald staff at the reception is very unethical n arrogant when asked any information. Patient has to pee in used urine pot, even after payment of hectic amount. Even nurses in ICU are non co-operative and gossiping throughout night, are also of lethargic attitude. Nurses are not supporting patients, on being asked for help they started threatening & used rough language.
Worst experience in this. Was not at all cooperative. Expected better.
Very poor.. No hygiene, no disinfection, no punctuality. Doctors don't come on time.. staffs are rude, cashier is unprofessional. Pathetic hospital..
If options available I could have given my ratings in minus. Staff thinks as if they're king. Made me wait for hours just to get down and perform my tests. Two days they made me crazy, not even ready to hear and help. They charge too high for this worst service.
