I had been admitted in the covid ward of sapphire and my experience with them was really positive. Everyone there were really helpful and ready to help. The doctors and care takers receives a special thanks for taking care and making sure everyone recovers during this crucial time. All the staff were prompt in helping. The medications and the treatment, food, bed provided was very good and the follow ups were also regular. Over I had a very good experience while I was admitted here.
I had a great experience. It’s the best hospital I ever visited. All the staff and doctors of the hospital were very friendly, cooperative and helping. My family loved the kindness of staff and doctor. My overall experience was great. I would recommend this hospital to others.
I went for physiotherapy in Sapphire. It was a really good experience. Doctor is very co-operative. Spondylosis issue is resolved and it's a major relief for me. Thank you Dr. Meenaz for treatment.
Very bad and worst hospital. Please don't use this hospital if really love your loved once. Food is very bad, Doctor's are very bad. They just taken money but don't care about patient. First they try show that patient is out of danger. But in the next few days your patient will be on ventilator. My neighbor with low symptoms of covid and oxygen level 97-98 admitted there. In 5-6 days, doctors taken her on ventilator without any concern from our side. In next 2-3 days they said patient is not recovering, so kindly arrange for life saving injections and plasma. But nothing positive happened because of poor management and Doctor's available in the hospital.
Great experience as a first timer. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. The staff and Dr. were all very friendly and helpful.I have been given a best treatment for covid. I personally feel Sapphire hospital 🏥is one of the best specially for covid in near by vicinity. Dr's and all supportive staff is up to the mark. Hospitality of catering dept is good and very much caring, quality conscious 👏👌
