I found the Doctors and Nurses lovingly going about their rounds. The Nurses had a smile on their lips going about their arduous job. I requested them to ever keep smiling. I shifted to my room 221 which has a commode. But when I looked I saw a thick mantle of coal tar. Only a blind person would avail of this facility. The supervision should take note.
Casual and ignorant staffs. Service is delayed and not good. Highly waste of time in delivering service as hospital management compel to be present in person for those activities also that can be handled online.
I am ashamed to know that this bleedy hospital has got ISO 9001 certification...My Patient admitted on 03 Dec 21 and referred in higher formation in Patna after deteriorating the case on 12 Dec 21...even Dr. Upendra Pd don't have the knowledge to follow the diagnosis in correct sequence. In artriary/veins damaged condition they applied plaster and wounds got severely infected...bleedy shame on the Dr. Like him...only looting and charging for every penny
