With the past few experience, I suggest patients coming from Arunachal Pradesh to stay away from this Hospital. If the patient is serious, then minimum budget is 5 - 8 lakh INR per month.. For minor ailments you will be charged 20 - 30 k INR. There is only one real experienced doctor (medicine), Rest are all inexperienced in their field, they just do trial and error method of treatment, keeping in their mind all possible ways to loot patient. PLEASE don’t let your loved one die in this hospital. Better go to Itanagar, or Bangalore. There is a nearby hospital named BJ Hospital. Do not admit there also.
Worst experience. My honest advice to all planning to go there is better be prepared for heavy expenses, heartless treatment by so called doctor. and purely business minded mentality and Unnecessary tests . Here I would add that I don't know about all doctors working there but a particular one which I visited. Next I plan to visit a medical college to see if humanity is still alive or not.
Must need a good and polite receptionist, becouse the patient need to meet them at first. And thair behaviour is very rude and poor. 2 star less for them. 1 star for Hospitals, 2 star for doctors , 3 star for management.
First please make a note -This hospital is not meant for middle class family & lower middle class family. You have to pay more for everything and even after paying you may not get the results as expected. Better once you consult a doctor from here get all your lab test done at some other lab which will save 40% of your money.Humanity should comes first which they are least bothered. There is no feedback process in the hospital which helps to tell your experience and let the management know hence the google platform is the best way to tell your experience and help other to save their money as well as life.@Times Hospital management please give priority to customers service else you will loose your customers sooner or later for sure.
Times Hospital is best hospital of Tezpur as per my Experience because Me and my Wife surgery has gone by Times Hospital before some time .Three day before Admitted my Collogue due to Emergency. All Doctors and staff are working with best performance. Hospital Staff Miss Abanti Sakia has attend the My Collogue Mr. Mukesh Kumar then started the Treatment immediately As per my observation Miss ABANTI SAIKIA is the very discipline and cooperative staff of Times Hospital Tezpur.
