Absolutely unprofessional service. The emergency room should not exist in this hospital since they do not value human life.
I have been to this hospital many times. It's better than the private hospitals. It's extremely clean and well maintained. All the staff right from the security to the doctors are very polite, kind & helpful. Patients are immediately attended to and the place is being continuosly cleaned and disinfected 24X 7. This wonderful hospital is a boon to people in North Goa.
Its a great hospital in Mapusa, A government hospital with good infrastructure. They charge a minimal fees for your visit and you can find all specialist over here. The Emergency room is also very quick to deal with emergency issues. Only the crowd is an issue bt thats very obvious. So if you wanna save bucks and have time to wait, you should go to this hospital.
