Went there for emergency treatment at night around 12am as I had chest pain. They dint want to do the ECG saying that they do ECG only for admitted patients or during OPD hours and since it was night, asked me to get admitted.. they don't have any protocol for emergency treatment.. finally after about half n hour the ECG technician came and repeated the same things that they do ECG only on the set perimeters but when I asked them about emergency protocol, he did the ECG. The only good thing that happened was that doctor was present and an emergency bloodwork was done as their lab was open.. Really shocking to see that there is no emergency protocol for patients..

This should be named as a dead centre. No doctor, no proper care and the sick attitudes of the staffs. My mother was taken there for mild sickness but she got worse n died. N I heard many of similar situations
If there was options to give 0 star I WOULD GIVE THEM I will not recommend to anyone to go there for treatment if you have any critical problems, there doctor don't know anything they will just keep practicing there medicine on you,even there lab reports are also not reliable everything is false due there lazy staff and there staff are very rude specially staff from south India they don't know how to behave They don't accept even card payment,there Mallu staff's don't know hindi and they will shout on you as you are deaf
A good Hospital with good Doctors and Nursing staff.
