Very disappointing and unprofessional behaviour of staff conducting the COVID-19 test. I was traveling internationally and asked them for the individual RTPCR test report as this is the approved ICMR center as per the airline guidelines. But they didn't provide me that kind of certificate which is accepted internationally. I was asking them to give my individual test report with stamp and signature as these people provides only hand-written copy and list of patient's test report which is not accepted by the airline. These people told me to get admit in their hospital if I want such kind of certificate to travel outside the country even if I am not having any symptoms. This is totally not acceptable as this the approved ICMR center and if any individual is coming with this requirement, they should give them the required test report. Due to their such kind of behaviour, I had to go to the private lab to get my RTPCR test report in proper format. Very disappointed.
