Staffs are well trained and experienced...... Very good experience and having good supportive behaviour from all...... Doctors, nurses,supporting staffs and securities..... All are very helping and supportive....... Very good hospital..... You may get hifi services from multi national hospitals by paying huge bills but here even through you are consulting a duty doctor the service is superb........... Well experienced doctors........
They will register You for the hospital and charge 100/- for registration additionally even if You are going just for out-patient doctor's visit. One can meet the same doctor at their respective clinic without such fees. Had clearly questioned the need of registration with charge 100/- from patient for OPD (Out patient visit). What additional benefit/service an out-patient receives from registration before consulting a doctor in OPD? - NIL service.
This is worst hospital. They charge 100/- for registration if patient previous registration was more than 3years old. I had never seen this kind of policy in any hospital. During first visit the registration is required. Why it will expires in 3 years?. If patient lost the card you can charge. Before NHBC accreditation the hospital was charging. Sometimes they do enter wrong mobile number and next if patient visits and mention mobile they say not registered 🙂 and charge again. Here for the mistake by receptionist patient need to pay....just suck money how much ever possible way....
Had a good experience.My mother was well taken care of.The nurses were very helpful and kind .They did their best to make my mother comfortable.Lastly but not the least my mother’s surgeon Dr.Shivakumar the orthopaedic surgeon at Koshy’s was a Superb Doctor and a superb human being at that.He gave my Mom the solace and care that she needed post operation.He visited her daily .In some hospitals that I know the surgeons are not be seen after surgery.They just leave everything to the junior Doctors and disappear.His kind. friendly and understanding behaviour is really commendable.I would recommend him to anyone anyday
