Very disappointing experience with the hospital services(Gynecologist) They are there just to make money, so many hidden charges. Suddenly an appointment of Rs 500 changes to 3100 just coz doctors are coming to do a post check up. My baby was admitted to NICU right after birth for no apparent reason (even we understand the observation but they were not willing to discharge him even after 2 days) , he was a healthy baby weighed 4kgs. Just a heads up that Upasana ma'am is there just to consult and won't be there for pre or post delivery. I had this misconception that she'll be around during the delivery time. Overall do not opt the hospital for delivering the baby.
The real condition is very bad for every critical patient, they are not providing proper treatment to the patient, hospital staff don't know to how to handle or behave with patients. They all involved in money making. I wouldn't recommend this hospital for pregnancy.
I was admitted there for 3 days Room no 129 under observation of Dr. Rajesh Kalita. Satisfied with all over experience. Good Hospitality, co-operative and helpful staff. Always ready sort out queries of patients and their attendents.
Excellent! Dr. Rupesh Kaushik Dr. Vishvabha and the entire ICCU team. I also appreciate Mr. Imran Ahmad, Mr. Rizwan, Mr. Kapil Sharma, Mr. Ajit and others of the ICU and Mr. Bhupender Singh of the Cath Lab! They have all helped me live a second life... They got me back from a major heart attack by their immediate action! This was on 22nd. November 2021. I'm going to be discharged today... Special Thanks once again! Fully satisfied the way they treat me and my baby. Very good and supporting staff in NICU and Gynecologist. Well trained staff. 10/10 to Dr Satyaveni, Dr. Manish and sister Mathew.
