Good Hospital.. leading roads are narrow, but the hospital and facilities are decent.. as it's a charitable hospital, the services are in fact great for that class . Very good doctors and turn around time for a patient is relatively less .

My mother aged 82 with myraid health issues was operated for cataract. The staff from reception, caretakers, nurses, doctors and surgeons are respectful, caring, compassionate, gentle and competent. DR Gowri Murthy put my mom at complete ease during the procedure. The assistants were very gentle with mom. The counselor Ms Suma is helpful, knows her work well and replied even after closing hours. In all a very safe expirence.

3rd rate hospital which has no respect for people's time and convenience. Appointment given at a time when doctor is not even expected to be in the hospital OPD. Worse than government hospital. If you come here with growing cataract you'll be blind by the time the doctor sees you 😂. Clearly the hospital admin is lax and not running it like a professionally run hospital harnessing the benefits of information technology to help the patients better. Healthcare organisations need to rigorously check their quality of sevice, systems and processes. They should not be allowed to be run like a government department. This one needs to drop the word International from its name. If 2 hrs waiting for medical care for a senior citizen is an international medical standard, we need to relook our international and national standards.
