Good place...
The problems I and my father had were taken care efficiently and we were treated with utmost care. People here are very friendly and care to let you know about what you want to know. In particular the frontdesk personnel are quite friendly and tend to everyone's queries very nicely.
Had a worst experience here. Came to visit Doctor Ashok, general physician. Still waiting in the lobby as doctor has left eve though we had booked prior appointment on Practo for 9.45 Pm. We have arrived here half an hour before but doctor has already left. No one in the reception is ready to take responsibility. They are telling us to come back at 7 pm tomorrow, saying doctor has not picked the call. I have high fever and severe body pain, yet being neglected. Never visit this hospital. We called up doctor and he says he has informed hospital folks several times to update it but still no one has done it.
Good treatment.... And good staffs.. Good service...
Hospital is very hygiene firstly and covid alerts takecare and the staf attending to patients or customer very healthy way. Immediate response on any enquiry at reception stands very poilite respective. My mother undergo dialysis here and I am served with cashless insurance.... very happy(Mr Kiran- The best attending and advise on insurance.thanks) Doctor Mr Raghvendra and Mr Aravind are excellent always smile at their face, advice on treatment vand diagnosis. I never felt to go to another hospital for my family and mother. Thanks to all at meenakshi hospital !!!
