My grandmother had a ankle fracture with dislocation and with cardiac problems. Surgical option was left to us to decide considering her agenda high risk without which she wouldn't have been able to walk. We met Dr Pavan at Svastha. Thanks to his due diligence and his team who were very kind and took good care of my grandmother during her hospitalization. The hospital is well equipped and maintained. Decent hospital. Good care. Good And experienced doctors. Took my 6 years cousin who got his leg finger fractured, treated at extreme care. Trust worthy coz of very good experienced doctors. Special thanks to doctor, nurses and helpers.Extreme hygienic and tidy. Good and helpful staff. Treatment charges can be lowered, felt very costly. Management, if possible please understand patient's economical situation and do needful.
Lack of defined process / procedures right at the reception causes waste of time... This hospital in fact is unreasonably expensive.. Don't visit here unless you are in an emergency.
Went for a regular healthy check up and had a good experience. The labs are maintained well. Accurate results and they warn you gently even if there’s lightest issue making sure of the patients well being. That care is something I appreciate. Also the reports are delivered perfectly on time. Don’t need to call them or be behind them for reports. This is gonna be my regular healthy check up place henceforth.
