Coordination of the team is very good. End to end process was very smoothly handled ...well maintained hospital
Had a very good experience meeting the Ortho doctor. Very clean and well maintained hospital. Usually not very crowded. Front office could be a little more organized.
No organization Wrong communication None of them bother about time They called and confirmed about my vaccination appointment along with the time. Me and my husband left all our meetings and travelled for 15km just for that , as we had the confirmation. When we went there, they made us wait for 1.5 hours after which we were told that they are not ready to open a new set of vaccines for us .. they could have kept track of number of people for vaccination.when we were waiting they are calling out people for vaccine. Not sure in what way they are organised. Instead of vaccination we had a meeting with a supervisor and manager trying to send us out with the blame that we are educated and we have to understand. We are educated and that's why we took appointment , waited for 1.5 hours and then listened to him and came back without vaccination. Don't use fancy terms like "Educated" and play with our time
My mother visited the hospital at 9.30 complaining severe vomiting and dehydration and tiredness. The duty doctor over there who is serving in that hospital close 3-4 yrs for now is so negligent towards patients. He has given the below prescription saying everything is ok. We requested for medicines and he has given Provic tablet when asked in Pharmacy they said its for blood thinning and not available. why should a a patient who is suffering from vomiting , dehydration should take blood thinning tablet. He speaks to Nurses over and does not talk to patient. I am writing this review with really pain as how these doctors can be so bad. When aged people come they dont even respect, will they do the same for their family members ? they have taken 500rs for this prescription. By taking money also if they cannot give good treatment why should we go to private hospitals and what's the difference between private and government hospital. Doctors, if you are not service minded, please don't get into this field. I wouldnt say all are same, there are other doctors in same hospital Ravi Kaushik who comes as a consultant an excellent doctor for ENT, Sanjay again an excellent doctor for pediatrics and Raj Gopal an aged doctor but fantastic person. We had the similar experience with Lakshman as well, he is Gastro Surgeon and says he sees gastric related only to stomach and speaks very rude. As this hospital is close by, we go there for all services but some doctors as mentioned are really not eligible to be there. I have attached prescription for reference too. I have take time to write this review after two painful instances. Hope the concerned team reviews and takes appropriate action.
Worst hospital only good in cleanliness. Dont ever go to this hospital. Very high they charge. 800 for consultation. Doctor do not suggest diet. Icu charge is so high on top of it they charge for administration also. Be very careful with Accounts people.
