Reception is efficient Doctors are qualified and talented So outpatient experience is good. Cost of consultation is 700 rupees and above. Doctors here love tests. Many tests are recommended. Test cost is on par with most other big hospitals. In-Patient experience is shared below: 1) ICU nurse are excellent 2) Ward nurse are decently skilled. They are polite and friendly 3) Emergency Room nurse are useless. 4) Ward boy is excellent. He is a tall man with loads of patience. He is far more knowledgeable than the ward nurse. I dislike this obsession for tests. Also noted here doctors keep recommending each other. So you might end up visiting more than 1 doctor. Not convinced. The good thing is that doctors take time out and explain things. That is good.
The best hospital for kidney care and urology. Doctors are very professional and meticulous when it comes to patient care. Hospital staff is also equally responsive and helpful. In my experience of past 4-5 years with this hospital, I can undoubtedly say that they place patient care much above money making. The attention they give to cleanliness and hygiene is truly commendable. Probably this is the only hospital in this age of money mindedness that responds to patients' follow up reports over a call instead of insisting them to visit again and again, unless genuinely required. Excellent staff service and support. Friendly treatment, very positive attitude at the first sight. I am happy to say that they normally keep up the time/schedule. Amicably guiding the patients is really admirable. Keep it up NU H(South).
