Very good service and care by medical and non-medical staff. All staff made our in-patient stay a very pleasant experience despite going there for a health issue. After all this, overall bill was very reasonable compared with many other leading hospitals. Hospital rooms and open areas are cleaned every now and then. Doctors took good, informed decisions. Since this is a multi-specialty hospital, I recommend this hospital for any kind of health issues.

Sagar Hospital has the worst service and blood sucking hospital. They prefer patients with no insurance, if you do not have insurance please do not visit this hospital for any service. All they care about is money, especially if they know you don't have insurance they will charge unnecessarily for all kinds of unwanted tests and treatments. They have the worst Radiology department. Because of Radiologists mistakes we have to bear the cost for repeating the MRI or CT Scans... they do not care to explain why they are doing so many tests CT scans or MRI tests, totally irresponsible. They don't care to give reports for MRIs , only the bill says that they have done MRI a million times. The doctors there don't give reports but charge insane amount for consultation on the bill. The canteen sends unnecessary food without any consultation. Best is to avoid this unless you have good insurance and don't pay from your pocket. We received timely response and action from doctors and nursing staff. Also, it was the same with insurance and billing team as well. Special thanks to doctors who attended my daughter for helping her recover quickly.
