My experience with this hospital has been a mixed one. Some doctors are very friendly and good. Staff are cooperative. However, there are still some issues that the hospital administration need to resolve like making the price of services affordable for the citizens belonging to the majority of income levels.
It's not a hospital it's a organization which deals with only how to steal more and more money from patients. Recently my brother in law was admitted to this hospital and they didn't started any treatment for 3 to 4 days. When he was in extremely critical condition they started some treatments. And their management team is the worst. They maintained their high level attitude. And their doctors i dont think so they have any surgery or some experience. Just because of them I lost my brother in law. They charged for the treatment approx 7 to 8 lacs but did nothing. They even can't think of our pain. If there were 0 stars for rating I'll give that. All says doctors are second god. But here doctors are demons.
The room management is absolutely dissatisfied. They advice to admit at 9 am and when we came to hospital they simply told us there is no room vacant till 12.30 pm.it is simple a form of scam to get double rent for the same room for the same day from discharge and to be admitted person.No One is there to take the responsibility. Really pathetic. A hospital with good doctor s and worthless staffs.
I always had an impression about Indian private hospitals. Which is high expenditure and poor service. This hospital changed my view about service at-least. Also impressed with the cleanliness which become so important during current scenario.👍🏻
Recently my relative had a surgery in this hospital a very huge and nice hospital still some part of hospital going under some construction , rooms are awesome with nice jungle safari view , a good view can recover patient speedily and corrider lobby all are awesome and till now services are all good Only one problem that the ground floor bathroom is not clean at all , so reducing one star for this
