No doubt doctors are best in their class but management is at worst, we had operation schedule date as 23/nov but no coordination among teams. Since bed was unavailable hence unable to get patient operated, its really very pathetic situation when u take 80+ aged patient with u for operation for schedule date and after waiting for entire day they cannot even arranged hospitalisation. Customer service rep is very pathetic feels like talking to robots.
