This is one of the best hospital I have been in serious health issues. It is being very managed extremely well by Top Brass Management, Extremely Professional & Well Experienced Doctors, Dedicated Nursing Staff As Well As Ground Staff. Every body is very courteous and cooperative in handling all types of services. Covid-19 patients are being served with all types of precautions which seem immaculate. They are second after God. There is sufficient space for parking.
This is an amazing rehabilitation center with modern technology and science. The research work is good on spinal cord injury and related queries. The infrastructure is completely accessible for all. Wheelchair basketball game and other indoor and outdoor activities available. Wheelchair skills training available. Small swimming pool and fitness centre available. However the price is higher than the usual. Best for rehabilitation one place for all solution related to spinal cord injury and rehabilitation.
I had severe joint pain with swollen knee joints and Doctors had advised knees replacement as the only solution left for my problem. Before deciding to go for my knee replacement by chance I was suggested by a friend to consult Mr V P Singh, Marma Therapist. He suggested a few simple exercises to me and to my utmost surprise within 15 days my knee swelling vanished completely and gradually my knees also started opening up. Now after one month I have started even sitting cross leg at the ground with complete ease which was unthinkable before.
Service of the hospital is very good. They do treatment very fast for bones this is the best hospital I would say
I called the hospital, they told that consultation cannot be booked on phone, but you can come for walk in consultation. We called twice and they told the same.. so finally we went there and registered for consultation. Waited there for 2 hours and got to know patients who have booked on phone are being added in between and i have no clue about it.. after waiting for 2 hrs, now they told that we have to wait for 2.5 hrs more. So if I have to consult someone, I have to wait for more than 4-5 hrs there and also I cannot book my consultation beforehand also.. Very bad experience.. not at all expected this kind of behaviour there.. finally I asked them to refund my money as I cannot wait this long.. they told some amount will not be refunded, but why.. Firstly I should not be made to wait for so long And secondly they should have told about the waiting period before making OPD slip Worst experience
