I was admitted for angioplasty and remained for two days. The doctor was very caring. The in-house staff are courteous, gentle and very attentive. Overall the experience was very good
The billing counter experience is horrible. It's just like you're standing in a government hospital and the counter guy takes it's time in a very comfortable way, like you're check in for a hotel. There are other max hospital at Patparganj, Vaishali and they are way smarter than this Saket max which tell them Smart hospital. The one rating is for billing and waiting time. Suggestions- Bring in token system and train your billing guys to be more faster.
Doctor are excellent, nursing staff excellent, housekeeping excellent , food are excellent in taste, it give feel that although you are ill but tasteless food make people more I'll mentally. Food service excellent. Need to improve admission and discharge time as hospital is fully automated but while biling they run old fashion. Admission time in emergency is 10/10. However 1 doc in emergency create hue & cry saying stabilize and dischage. Without going gravity. However some mad person everywhere so it is OK. Rest are very cooperative.
Dr anuradha kapur i must say is the best doctor, she revert to all the queries with lot of patience and empathy. I would like to thank her for everything.
