PROS: Good hospital, good treatment, Good staff overall. Clean and Hygiene. Very Good pharmacy staff. They are so gentle and kind. CONS: 1. One of your receptionist should be retrained on how to greet the patients call coming from other districts/state. The behaviour was rude as observed on 06-12-2021 afternoon over call. 2. As observed by me on last visit. The queue management at scanning is bad. They need to maintain proper order of the patients arriving first to last. Else it gets difficult for patients coming from far away location.
Improve parking facilities. Pharmacy is small.we have to wait too long collect the medicines. That's it .Doctors are good. Good staffđź‘Ť
Overall it was satisfactory and doctors/staff has helped my son to recover soon. Time to time patient monitoring was the most important factor. Nurses were very cooperative and helping. Thanks to the team for the Good service.
Superb Service
Little bit rush is there..Better allotment of appointments is needed..Doctors are very much experienced... But waiting time should be reduced..Quality of treatment is good..
