The only reason why they have been given three stars is because of easy and quick acknowledgement from their TPA dept. that helped us in billing and insurance processes. A few of the nurses were well behaved but the food, frequency of doctor's visits, hygiene and rest of the staff's attitude was enormously pathetic. Receptionist are way too loud and rude for no reason and consider zero obligation to explain things in a more politer manner.
Doctors service were pathetic... But TPA administration was really good.. Very quick service provided by Mr. Rohit
Pathetic hospital. I lost a family member due to the negligence of their hospital staff. They don't have cardiology ,mri/ct scan facility but they don't let you know about it.. they will let the patient die.. their doctor of medicine start treating a heart patient and upon asking about anything they become rude. Their staff member Manju Sharma is such a worst lady. Dr Anil Gupta and Yogesh Sharma are useless doctors.. A humble request to all if you love your loved ones, please don't take them to this hospital.. I lost a family member so don't want anyone to suffer like the way I suffered because of these bloody so called fake doctors I am planning to sue them
They are not thieves they are dociot. Hospital should be shut down immediately. They are running after money only they don't care for patients. Doing wrong treatment. DON'T FOR THIS BUTCHER HOUSE. EVEN THE CHEMIST IS THEIF
Very bad expression in hospital for tpa attitude of the tpa employees manju sharma same as govt hospital very bad they are not polite how to talk with patient they do their jobs only for salary not for giving a servicies to patient low quality administration department mr rohit he is not given proper information tpa approvel he is unprofessional bla bla bla and not given approvel letter i am purchase all medicine in cash at the discharge time chemist staff say i have no cash this time .my big mistake i am visit this hospital waste my money my time becouse my patient discharge 12 ' O, clock but my patient free night 9 pm unresponsible tpa department
