Was good in emergency at night time. The doc and helper were all there maybe number of people were less but the staff was helpful and doc was helpful
Walked in for Covid vaccination after booking a slot on the COWIN app...however was denied vaccine saying vaccinations don't happen till there are a total of 10 people at once. People will have to call the hospital and ask everyday till 10 people are collected only then can one get the vaccination. It's paid and yet one cannot get a vaccine? Government must be informed of this.
Good hospital but some of the doctors writes too much expensive medicines and the medicines which are not reimbursed by the govt i.e. multivitamin, vitamine syrup etcs
Better in many things, like:- Cleanliness, security and many more
Absolutely pathetic. Worse than a central government hospital. Receptionst at OPD never reaches before 930am though OPD time is 9am. No one listens, no one cares...horrible. avoid if possible. While waiting in OPD myself and few others called front office but the lady expressed her helplessness. There's no escalation mechanism. For a simple X ray, ECG and ultrasound, I spend 2.5 hours after spending 45 minutes in billing. I was the first to reach billing counter at 0843 AM on 25 Sept 2021 and billing happened at 0926 hrs. Then 2.5 hours on 3 simple procedures! Shameful.
