Completely disagree to their service. They are doing a business and not even care about someone's life. The facilities may be attract you. But for god sake do not come there for treatment.!! My experience made me to post this review here. Hope you understand.
One of the best private hospital in Kollam. Plenty of parking area. Doctors, medical staff and other staff are good. Their services is also awesome. They provide treatment for all kinds of diseases and illnesses. Awesome canteen Services will be costly since, it is a private hospital. Bed and room are pretty good and comfortable.
I had a bad experience with this hospital Last month I had a spine surgery , Surgery was successful but after that i got infection and they didn't give me proper antibiotic /medicine to cure the infection. My condition got worse and i can't able to move in bed itself, and suffered from pain badly. Then I taken discharge and went to Spfort hospital TVM they have given me excellent treatment and done a second surgery because of infection, now I feel better .
Hospital is good. So are doctors. Parking is a big issue. It has a parking but they won't allow us to park there times even if there are spots available and will guide us to the nearby ground! Hospitality is bad from non medical staff. Especially accommodation. Their attitude could be better.
